Role Overview
The Ayatickets Manager will play a pivotal role in managing various aspects of the Ayatickets platform and its affiliated companies. This multifaceted position encompasses support, sales, marketing, and operational responsibilities to ensure the smooth functioning and growth of the organization.

Responsibilities:
1. Support and Customer Engagement:
– Manage social media platforms to engage with our audience and promote events.
– Regularly post engaging and informative blog content related to events and trends in Ghana.
– Provide prompt and effective support via phone, WhatsApp, and live chat to address customer inquiries and concerns.
– Implement sales strategies, including email and SMS campaigns, to attract potential event organizers.

2. Platform Management:
– Monitor SMS bundle usage and ensure adequate resources for communication needs.
– Oversee the uptime and performance of the Ayatickets platform, addressing any technical issues promptly.
– Handle email support requests and facilitate the re-issuance of tickets to genuine buyers as needed.
– Collaborate with venues to add them to the platform and ensure their active presence on the app.
– Proactively solicit and maintain positive Google reviews to enhance our reputation (aiming for 5 stars).
– Regularly update the pricing guide and help center to reflect current offerings and assist users effectively.
– Alert the finance department regarding payouts, ensuring all transactions are processed within 24 hours.

3. Qualifications
– Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
– Proven experience in customer service, sales, or marketing roles, ideally within the events industry.
– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with a strong ability to engage with diverse audiences.
– Proficiency in social media management and content creation.
– Tech-savvy with the ability to navigate and troubleshoot digital platforms.
– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to manage multiple tasks effectively.
– Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
– Passion for events, entertainment, and creating exceptional customer experiences.
